This is what just happened. The discussion was happening at ATMB, the name calling at the Pit and a poll in IMHO. It would be a lot more efficient to have it all under one roof but the current setup won’t allow for it. ---

It’s a goddamn anonymous poster on a goddamn message board, who for all we know could just be dicking with us. Do try to maintain some perspective. Now, if he starts talking about the kid he diddled after a zoo trip, that’s one thing. But as far as I can tell, as long as he doesn’t act on his desires, regardless of his reasons for not acting, it’s not actionable. The SDMB may have the luxury to not care about First Amendment rights, but law enforcement must. ---

We already have a damn good idea about how various posters feel about the subject because they’ve already given their opinions in those other threads. Those who are subject to reporting requirements know what they are, and **Marley** ’s post did nothing to discourage them from complying. 2. I doubt that **SmartAleq** knows the content of anybody’s reporting requirements. I’m surprised that you would support a non-lawyer giving ill-informed legal advice. Irrespective of those points.
