Donning asbestos. I would actually like to interview Cesario and some real have acted on those urges convicted pediophiles. I think in order to combat the problem it’s necessary to study how their minds work. And I would like to know the mechanics of their maniupulations, if I could get someone to be that candid, because I think it would be useful for teaching people, especially children that are potential targets of the manipulation, how to defend themselves mentally. ---

I have missed reading his threads, and out of curiosity checked some of his posts. Let me tell him this: I was molested as a child. Your thoughts are wrong. No child wants you in the way you think they do. Not one. What you think is happening is not what is happening. What is happening is your desires are modifying your logic, your thought, your perceptions. The only thing happening in a childs mind is “wow, this person is cool.” OR “this person is an adult, I am a kid, I’ll get in trouble.” Your mind is not right. Not even a little. You should never talk to a child. Ever. That conversation you had with the 4 year old? If the mother had any idea what was going through your head, you would not have been within 20 miles of that child. Nor would any other responsible parent. I don’t know where you go that validates the things you are thinking, but they are wrong. Very, very wrong. Of all the children that my father molested, not one of them liked it, not one of them wanted it, not one of them was not scarred by it. You can not truly care about children (which I assume you tell yourself you do) if you are in any way thinking that having ANY sexual contact/conversation is not harmful. Those thoughts that excite you, destroy psyches, destroy healthy relationships, destroy marriages, destroys sense of self, self-respect, autonomy, but mostly, it destroys a persons ability to make sense of this world. Your desires are warping your mind. Speaking as a former child, I assure you, it is very, very wrong. It is harmful. Stop. Get help. I know the things you tell yourself to make it ok. Those things were told to me when I was a child to try to make it ok to me. It didn’t. I was just too powerless, too afraid. It is not ok. ---

Jesus, **Aunt Beast.** ☹ I cite her post as proof positive that there is no rationalization strong enough to provide support for **Cesario** to continue to tout his desires here. This is not a case of censorship; a message board dedicated to fighting ignorance is not the appropriate forum for perpetuating delusions such as his. The SDMB cannot serve as a therapist or counselor or advocate (or mob) for him. Why he is allowed to continue to spew escapes me, but so many of the more recent rules also confound me. Sharing your desire to molest children is ok, but calling someone a motherfucker is taboo. How’s that again? :dubious: ---

I’ve had experience dealing with a number of pedophiles and I’ve found that they often feel compelled to talk about it. Even in situations where it puts them in danger. ---
