How dare anyone act as though what the man is suggesting is anything other than a slight aberration? Why it’s almost as if he’s endorsing an act that goes societal mores dating back millenia. There’s a good (biological) reason people react to child molesters they way they do. The herd reaction is to protect the young from predators.Cesario is a predator, no matter how he portrays himself. Speaking in a reasonable tone does not in any way detract from that simple fact. It’s great that you can calmly consider the situation _in abstract_. We are not discussing an abstract situation in this particular case. We are discussing a reality, and you are advocating encouraging the actions of someone who goes to great lengths to justify them. AFAICT **raindog** is disputing **drachillix** ’s assertion that a thread about gay people or a black president would have met with similar condemnation in the “early days” of the board, saying unless the board has taken a sharp turn to the left, such threads would never have been condemned. It’s not a “very unpopular belief.” It’s a physchologically and physically devastating act with often terrible consequences for the child involved. One of my dearest friends remains childless because she was molested at five and wound up with a sexually transmitted disease. Advocation of that act is inexcusable. As **Giraffe** pointed out **Cesario** drags his vile point of view into every single goddamned thread he posts in. He should have been banned a long time ago. ---

Wow. And here I thought you were unduly troubled by the negative reaction men get when they attempt to be friendly out in public. Instead, you’re a pedophile apologist. It’s only “sort of disgusting”? Our reaction at his predilection is more disgusting? How is sexually assaulting an infant/toddler for your own pleasure not horrifying? I have yet to see a “completely innocuous” Cesario post. That’s the problem–he never talks about baseball or movies or what he had for dinner. He is a one trick pony, but he has done us all a favor: we know just how obsessed he is and what he really is (and he’s loud and proud, too!). Shunning him is easy. You’re a piece of work. As I said before, seems to me the your view of the world is a bit skewed. It has to be for someone to think that the way he’s treated here is worse than wanting to fuck babies. Put in real terms, whether Cesario is being treated fairly or unfairly here, he will only suffer hurt feelings. Fucking children, OTOH, has long lasting and permanent impact on the abused. ---
