The second one sounds like English Bob in _Unforgiven_, but I’m not sure. The third one I’m almost positive was a line in _There Will Be Blood_, but I don’t know if that’s the one you were going for. No clue on the first. Edit due to epiphany: Oooh … second one is _Gangs of New York_. So the first one must be a Daniel Day Lewis film too.
