Paul Rubens, as the cocaine fiend in Cheech & Chong’s _Nice Dreams_. That was the first movie in which I saw him. When _Pee-Wee’s Playhouse_ started, I was shocked that the network suits would give **him** a children’s TV show. Years later, when he was arrested, I was apparently the only person on the planet who was not surprised. ---
