Since no one guessed my non famous line I’ll just give it a final update. _“That boy can sing.”_ It is from the scene between General Longstreet and General Lewis Armistead in the movie Gettysburg (1993). In the background a soldier is singing _Kathleen Mavourneen_ and Longstreet comments on how well the young man can sing. It’s a pivotal scene in the movie and the actor who plays Armistead (Richard Jordan) portrays his character with such convincing emotion. It’s one of my all time favorite scenes. ---

Really? I love that movie, but I don’t recall those lines being in it. The movie I’m thinking of was on TV just this afternoon, and it’s about as far from _ **A Man for All Seasons** _ as you can get. I’ll give you a clue: It was a big hit in 1946. Another clue: The exchange is between a woman and a man. ---
