# changing fillibuster rules is NOT  nuclear war

Let me guess–you have no problems with judges ruling 200+ year old laws on marriage unconstitutional, though.

Good point, but…

am I the only person who thinks that it’s wrong to use the term “[Nu-Clear Aquarium Filters](http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_filters_pur_flo_nu-clear_canister.asp?ast=overture&key=)”  
let’s see  
it’s not like they’re actually irradiating my tropical fish

and am I the only person who thinks it’s wrong to use the term “[Nu-Clear Cleaners](http://www.nu-clearcleaners.com/)”  
let’s see  
it’s not like they’re using radioactive isotopes to remove spaghetti stains from my neck ties.
