# changing ISPs

I’m changing from AOL to Bell South for Internet service. How do I change my registration so I don’t look like a sock puppet?

Why would a change of ISP make you look like a sock? I’m at home right now, using ISP A. At work, I use ISP B. And, when I travel, I use a whole buncha ISP’s.

But, no matter which ISP I use, I’m always me.

Yep. Always me. Every time I post, it’s me, **jdavis** , the guy who keeps the trains running.

You can change your email address by clicking on the Profile button. You can also change your password at the same time (you’ll have to enter your old password FIRST, though). We encourage people to keep their profiles updated, especially email addresses. If we have to send you an email, and the email bounces, we frequently remove posting privileges until the matter is settled to our satisfaction.
