# Changing poll answers

Can we get the edit window on poll answers as well? I see lots of polls that people say “oops, I voted without reading carefully,” or some such. Of course, the answer is to tell people to read carefully, but if I recall, the nested quotes were rescinded because people didn’t tag carefully…

I believe that ability would require a hack, and I can’t even find one that would limit how long you’d have to change your vote. Heck, the only one I can find that will let you change your vote at all also installs the ability to write in votes.

I think this is a good idea. The default could stay as no changing of votes but there’d be an option when creating a poll to let people do it.
