Terry Pratchett has some great names in his Discworld novels. Some are puns/references, some are just very suggestive. Veterinari, Didactylos, Ptracy are some of my favorites. As a non native english speaker I keep thinking that Vimes probably has some meaning in english, I just haven’t heard of it yet. ---
