# Character with a cat named Underfoot?

Do you know of any characters (book/movie/tv show/comics) with a cat named Underfoot? I seem to vaguely recall one, but I have no idea which character.

I believe that in Heinlein’s _Friday_, the family that Friday was in had a cat named Mr. Underfoot. I could be wrong, though.

I had a cat named Mr. Underfoot, from _Friday_.

Heinlein also had a cat in some book named _Chargé d’Affaires_. I think that is also an excellent name for a cat. 🙂
