My big one was Mark Pellegrino. I still have trouble believing that Jacob on Lost and Rita’s scuzzy ex on Dexter are played by the same guy. ---

Speaking of **Hot Fuzz** , the evil Preacher guy was the same guy that played Belloq in **Raiders of the Lost Ark**. I hadn’t seen him in anything in between. ---

I only recently found out that that was Hayden Pannetiere. She SO does not look like herself in that role… Incidentally, Pannetiere was also Lizzie on _Guiding Light_ for a while, I think well before the Malcolm role (early 90s, I believe). ---

It suddenly hit me a few days ago that **Terry O’Quinn** – John Locke from _Lost_ – was Howard Hughes in _the Rocketeer_. I hadn’t really noticed the similarity before. I had to pull out my copy of Rocketeer and watch it again – yup! The same guy. iMDB verifies it. ---

Joseph Gannascoli who played Vito on the Sopranos (You know, the fat gay gangster) appeared in an earlier episode as a customer in a bakery that Chris chased out before he (Chris) shot the employee in the foot. ---

How about his stint as “Speedo Boy” in ZOS (Zone of Separation, a Canadian Mini Series about peacekeeping in the Balkans), he played this gun toting nutcase that wore a speedo and usually bandoliers and occasionally a coat, about as far from Keith Mars as you can get. From what I’ve heard the ‘Speedo Boy’ character was based on a real person… ---
