One of the worst offenders? That’s like calling Stalin one of the 20th century’s worst murderers. :dubious:
I wouldn’t bother if I were you, All-Star Batman & Robin is written by Miller and is considered part of of DKR’s continuity but is almost as bad as DKR2.

He wasn’t one of the 20th century’s worst murderers?
He was THE worst. No qualifier necessary. Likewise, Miller is the worst Batman writer. The brilliance of Dark Knight Returns and Year One cannot compensate for Dark Knight Strikes Back and All-Star Batman & Robin.
Ted on How I Met Your Mother.
First impression: “Oh, he’s the ultimate everyman! He’s what Ross used to be on Friends - an identifiable, sensitive nice guy, who scores really hot chicks.”
Second impression: “Oh, he’s just annoying. He’s horribly naive, pedantic to a fault, and reminds you of that creepy obsessive guy in college who constantly talked about chivalry (and who declared every girl he was going out with as his “girlfriend” about 6 weeks too early and freaked them out to the brink of restraining order).”
I second. In fact, a lot of shows where I am supposed to like the lead, I wind up hating them.
Grey’s Anatomy - never liked Meredith with her mopiness, lack of self awareness, and inability to go with the flow
Scrubs - ditto to all the reasons mentioned above
Buffy - loved Buffy for a while but by season 7 she was very tiresome.
Fringe - I like Pacey and Walter better than the chick.
Private Practice - Addison sucks, judgmental, ignores doctor/patient confidentiality, and has the maturity level of a 12 year old.
Battlestar Galactica - I used to have a huge girlcrush on Starbuck but then they turned her into a Mary Sue.
Oh, I do, but that storyline ripped up a good chunk of Nightcrawler’s past stories and spat on them and the fact that it’s been allowed to stand, plus Nightcrawler being mostly reduced to one aspect of his character in recent years, has ruined the character for me.
Pretty much anyone on Friends, but particularly Monica. She changed from compulsive but still pretty cool to shrill harpy. I can’t watch reruns of the early shows without remembering how she ends up and cringing.
