I received a message about renewing my charter membership, but under “Paid Subscriptions” there is no “Charter Membership”, just “Straight Dope Board Membership” and “Custom title member subscription”.
How do I pay to renew my charter membership?
Thanks

The board software has you listed as a member, not a charter member. I sent TubaDiva a PM asking her to look into it since there’s nothing I can do about it at my level.
