Meeting up with the realtor at noon to sign the papers nd hand over my hard earned money. So this is it. My stomach is churning a little. This will be the 5th house I’ve bought in my life, but this is the first time I feel nervous. I guess I’d better start getting ready. I’ll feel better after I’m done. ---

**sari** handin’ over a chunk o’ hard earned money is always hard. Compound that with dealin’ with a mortgage company, a realtor, utility companies (eventually) and everything else that goes along with the buyin’ and ownin’ of a house and it is stomach churnin’ time. However, when the house is finally all yours and all that stuff is done you’ll feel better. You know that already so I’m just preachin’ to the choir. 😃 I have been draggin’ stuff out to the cee-mint pond. For somebody who is not supposed to lift a finger, I’ve sure lifted a lot of ‘em today. No middle fingers though cause I’m bein’ nice. Also, people want to use my stove top, oven, convection oven, a slow cooker and my grill. So far I haven’t gone all :eek: over the idea. I appear to be mellowin’ out as I obtain old fartage. ---

**{{{swampy}}}** I am going to have to beat the hell out of Night Audit Lady. She’s back in ICU because her COPD is acting up again. She’s been smoking again. I’m going to have to get the stick\* out of the back of my car and beat her over the head with it if she doesn’t quit that _tout suite_. And if she thinks I’m not going to get a posse together to visit her in the hospital to help me do this… I just talked to her Wednesday, too. :mad: Mad at her. Worried and mad. This has pretty much set the tone for my day. I’m altogether sick of the people coming for the last Big Woo-ha Downtown Festival. In no mood. No mood. _::goes off in a corner and grumbles::_ \*Yes, I have a stick in the back of my car. It’s a sturdy hiking stick. Cedar, if I’m not mistaken. ---

Darn it. I’m waiting to get into some sort of trouble. You see, I wrote a Twitter message directed at a friend on Twitter. The message contained a link to a picture on Facebook. But one of my other Twitter friends is someone that I have blocked on Facebook. He doesn’t know that I blocked him - I ended up having him thinking that I’d quit Facebook altogether, not just blocked him. Now I worry about him finding out the truth. Or maybe I worry too much. Bah. ---

Fingers crossed for **sari**!!! Exciting crab morning - I got a text that my crabber was coming in almost 2 hours earlier than originally planned. Fortunately, I was dressed and I had my official crab monitor bag packed and ready to go, so I went. I arrived just as they were finished unloading - whew! Bottom line, it was a successful monitor, so yay! We just got back from a run to the H-D dealer to get tickets to the HOG chapter outing at the ball park. We’ll see a Blue Crabs game, plus get fed and have a reserved area for our group to watch the game and hang out. It should be fun - some time next month. Then on the way home, we stopped at Tequila Grille for a late lunch/early supper, getting there barely in time to still order a lunch special. Now we’re home and I need to get the afghan finished so I can run it and the other on thru a rinse cycle and the dryer. Then I’ll take them when I go to my mom’s tomorrow. Some out-of-town cousins are coming to visit and Mom is hosting a cookout. All in all, it’s been a weird day. ---

I just ate what I think was a moldy grape. Blech. It sure tasted a lot like how mold smells. That’ll teach me for just shoveling in mouthfuls of grapes without looking at them. How long do I have to live? ---

**sari** today is not my official day of nativity.That is still up comin’. Since this is the Sattidy closest to it I got celebrated today. Thus, I should say, ogbligatroy durkene psot. 😃 A good time was had by all. Good food. Good friends. Good drink. Good cheesecake. Everybody is gone and da bear has had a wunnerful whirlpool bath. I survived other folks usin’ my appliances even. **$2.99** at one point that would have been a sign of the apocalypse but as I have mellowed in my old fartage I can now deal with such things. Go Me!
