No I don’t work for them. I just think it’s really cool technology and if someone makes a lot of long distance calls they can save a ton. Sorry, I won’t mention it again, just trying to save folks some long distance fees.

I guess VoIP is just my latest technology fetish. I see where Cisco has a VoIP phone out too, I’m sure there are many other companies involved in this booming business. I really do think this is going to be a boom year for VoIP. The long distance carriers hate it of course, it’s going to be interesting to see how they play their politics to derail VoIP deployment.
The thing about Viper is they have it now, it works very well (friends have told me FWIW), and it’s very cheap.

Well, I’m intrigued by it. Thank you, **ccwaterback**.
My wife and her sister alternate calling each other every Saturday am.
It’s only from CT to MD, and comes out to around $12 a month.
Nevertheless, I’m tempted.
