Almost any library has more cookbooks than you can imagine. Find ones for college students, campers, casserole lovers, etc. They’ve got unbelievably easy, nutritious recipes. You’ll know from the titles and from peeking inside. I’m getting “Help! My Apartment Has a Kitchen” from mine tomorrow. Thanks, whoever suggested that!
This hint just occurred to me when reading the spaghetti sauce recipe. If you have leftover pasta, you can freeze it as well. Place single servings in freezer baggies. Then as you reheat your pasta sauce, dump it into a collander and run warm water over it.
