It would be like doing a punk cover of “Home Sweet Home” by Motley Crue or something. Ugh. ---

I’m a fan from way back. Don’t listen to these people wanting you to go with their most mainstream stuff. Everybody and their brother will do “I Want You to Want Me” or “Surrender.” If you are a punk band, “Clock Strikes Ten” would have a good rhythm to thrash out on. “Stop This Game” would have potential, too. If you want to get close to their most mainstream stuff, but still have a good song to punk out on, “Dream Police” would be a good one. ---

LMAO - My band is currently arguing about whether or not to cover “Home Sweet Home” by Motley Crue. I really wanna slaughter that song and make Vince Neil’s ears bleed… That or “Girl don’t go away mad (just go away)” punk snot dead broccoli!
