I’m planning a roundtrip to Paris next April. Where have you been able to find the cheapest fares? I prefer to leave from Atlanta, but I would also consider D.C.

Have you considered Orbitz, Travelocity, or Expedia? Sometimes you can get some pretty good deals. I’ve never tried Hotwire, but I have gotten some good deals with Priceline.

Try getting a quote from www.etn.nl, they send it to 5 travel agencies in the US and they get back to you.  
I have used them 2 or 3 times to go to France (inlcuding my trip in 9 DAYS!!!). They always beat the online “super deals”.

I’ve had good luck in signing up for the newsletters from each of the airlines. The periodically have specials that they’ll tell you about. I flew roundtrip from Norfolk Virginia, to Rome, for $420 including all taxes and fees.
