Was he constipated? Or perhaps tired of hearing his cliched lines? And the gear… man… that jacket is a reflection that the 80’s wasn’t all wonderful now was it… ---

Great thread. For some reason my iPad won’t link to the YouTube vids, so can folks list song name and artist? Never thought that I’d defend Kip Winger, but he has nothing on the Huey Lewis guy, Billy Squier, and that Michael Angelo guy. Oh man. Do those guys run out of the room when those vids come on? Those were cheesy even in the 80s! Somewhere I remember someone opining that guitar solo face was the same as the dude’s O face. Get that image out of your head. To this day I can’t watch Clapton play a solo. ---

At about 3:50 he starts his guitar solo where he throws in just about every cliched move and facial expression. But the whole vidoe, including his leopard print outfit is pretty cheesy.
