When I saw this at the gym a half-hour ago, I just knew that there would be a pit thread about it when I got home. Big. Fucking. Deal. All Cheney did was bluntly say why his side had been implying the whole time. And guess what ```auto THE LEFT DOES IT TOO! ``` How many times have you heard someone say that Bush’s policies will only foster more terrorism? Or that the ‘Evil Republicans’[sup]®[/sup] economic policies will cause you to loose your job? Did you call those people asswipes? ---

I remember _The Hunchback of Nostradamus_. It was about a pyychic who lived in a belltower and went deaf and hunched from dodging bells. Eventually he dies, nut not before lamenting his hump and predicting WWI. ---

I’m kinda with muad’did as far as the “big fucking deal” part. So the bushies said something stupid…again. That’s barely even newsworthy anymore. I bet that’s part of their plan, to jade us with outright stupidity until we don’t care anymore. Then lowered expectations will make it easier to vote republican 😛 ---

You seem to be under the impression that Kerry has said something similar about Bush. Can you please provide a cite showing that Kerry has declared that with Bush in the office, _we will_ be attacked by terrorists again? I seem to recall him saying that Bush’s _policies_ are having the opposite effect than what was intended, but I have not seen him liken a vote for Bush to a vote for another 9/11. Because if he did, I would not hesitate to call him a shit stain. ---
