Besides which, it makes very little practical difference whether it’s a one-hit KO, or ten or twenty or fifty.
The Washington Times (really?) article does not cite the military with that opinion. An opinion which also doesn’t even make the claim you’re advancing. Army Capt. Jeff Dean, also does not say it’s likely to be destroyed. Also, who is that and why should I care about his opinion? Is he an expert in nuclear weapons, bunkers, or anything?
