Hey Chicogoans!

I’m going to be in the Chicago area later this month for a work thing, and I’m also looking to stock up on some wine. I know Binny’s and other big liquor stores have pretty good selections, but I’d also like to find some specialty wine shops. Y’know, the places that do ONLY wine (or, at least, primarily wine as opposed to full-spectrum beer & liquor) and have The Good Stuff.

Any recommendations? I’ll be bouncing between the O’Hare area and north suburbs (Schaumberg/Arlington Heights/etc) so close to those areas is a plus, though I’m not opposed to driving into downtown if the shop is really that great.

I was going to direct you to the Little Three Happiness forum but I think you already posted your question there. I have no expertise in wine but the LTH is a great resource for exactly this kind of question.
