Has the City/Police Department publicly and clearly stated what they will and will not tolerate from the demonstrators?

Nope. No information of any kind yet. CPD is waiting for the Secret Service to decide and announce things about the security perimeters.

FTR, [Steve Wilkos](http://assets3.pulsdcdn.com/system/images/8886/original/steve-wilkos.jpg?1295969723) is a classic Loop Cop, if a little small :eek:. My recommendation is to do what they say.
