Sorry I misread that. Since this was a thread about Chicago creating a deathtrap, I assumed to you were saying that she shouldn’t have done that. I was mostly baffled why you mentioned she was black and gay. ---

I live in downtown Chicago. Very, very downtown…a stone throw from the Loop (if I was John Elway). I am not saying the city has not had its problems…it certainly has. But deathtrap? Nah. ---

The article defines that tactic as actively pushing into and trapping in a small confined space like a bridge or a block.
