This. This is exactly what they taste like. I couldn’t put my finger on why the flavor is so familiar.

What about the Bacon Thins? Those were pretty righteous, too.
Nabisco crackers are really the shit. When I was a kid, my uncle worked for Nabisco. Every year, my grandmother would go to visit him and bring back huge boxes of various Nabisco products (Spray cheese! Better Cheddars! Those Swiss cheese crackers. Ideal cookies—anyone remember those?) and split them among her children’s families.
Yes, by the way, I was a chubby kid. 🆒

I love 'em. They’re nostalgic for me because my Nana (my mother’s mother) always had them at her house & I spent many a lunchtime there. They’re still good, I still occasionally buy a box, and I still each the whole box in a day or two. Plain. And then lick my cup-a-soup or bullion tasting fingers. Yum! 🙂

I too enjoyed them as a kid with a little spray cheese. But I haven’t had them in years. I’m just too cheap to pay Nabisco prices.
ETA, when not using cheese, I always ate them upside down so that the flavor side was on my tongue.

Those were incredible, weren’t they? Just now, when you brought them up, I wondered why I hadn’t seen them in a while. I guess I know now. Bummer.

Omg you guys. You’re making me want spray cheese. It’s god awful stuff for you but it tastes SO good. I’ve been avoiding the temptation for years but now…dammit…I don’t know if I can. But no Chicken in a Biskit. They just…sound awful…

A coworker of mine said, the generic kind you get a Dollar Tree are even better. I never tasted that so I can’t say myself.
I never really thought about chicken bouillon powder, but that makes sense.

The ingredients label for them does list “dehydrated cooked chicken,” though second to last.
