Hereā€™s an easy way to think of it. In any case, I am not retarded, clinically or euphemistically. Slow, maybe, but not retarded. I am, instead, ā€œsuccess-deferred,ā€ particularly when trying to persuade **Orcenio** that various populations are disparately enabled for various skillsets by virtue of the disparate prevalence of genes coding for those skillsets.
