So if a person has a stack of JC Penny kids’ clothing catalogs which he finds arousing, that’s a prosecutable crime?
Or, if he sells those catalogs to his pedo friends, that’s ditribution? What about drawings of children? Or photgraphs of non-minors dressed to look like minors? Sounds like one of those vague messy laws that legislators prefer to avoid. Which as we’ve seen, it is.
Not to support child porn in any way, but it seems that in our reluctance to talk about it we’ve let the laws stay unnaturally loose.
