Guns N’ Roses long-rumored album _Chinese Democracy_ is finally complete and [SPIN Magazine](http://www.spin.com/reviews/magazine/2006/04/060323_gunsnroses/) has the earliest review, by Chuck Klosterman no less! They say it’s: APRIL FOOL’S !!! AWESOME! I can’t wait to get my hands on this puppy. Thanks in advance for a great April, Axl. ---
