Off duty cop recognizes someone wanted by the police, altered on-duty cops (ie called the police) who came and arrested him? Is there more to the story or some other reason why it’s worldwide news? I feel like I’m missing something. ---

well if the café hadn’t pointed him out as a “Celebrity” league of legends e-sports player the cops wouldn’t have even known he was there than and what are the odds of the two being there at the same time sort of like say nic cage went to a lakers game and they showed him on the scoreboard camera and someone from law enforcement watching the game says " hey he’s got warrants for parking tickets surround the exits so we can nab em… ---
