I’ve been mulling a trip to NYC and would like to see great dancing–anything but Rent.

I haven’t heard any buzz on Chita Rivera’s show and was hoping for opinions.

A theater geek friend of mine saw it the week before Christmas, and loved it. Said he wept openly a couple of times (but then he weeks at Kodak commercials, and no I’m not joking).

If you’re into pure performance, with a big helping of living theatrical history, this should be a safe bet.
