is this the right area for this? Who knows, anyways… I just have to say that I don’t like chocolate. Am I weird? Is there anyone else that doesn’t like it? And do all women love chocolate, because it seems that way. Elaborate, please. ---

I read somewhere that chocolate realeases the same endorphines for a woman as sex does. That might have something to do with it. I’ll see if I can find a reference for that fact. ---

When I was at the American Institute of Baking we had to do a research project, and give an oral presentation on it befor the class. I chose to do a project on cocoa and chocolate in the baking industry. Learned a lot about FDA standards, but what really got to the class was when I said that the scientific name for the tree that produces the cocoa pod is Theobroma cacao. Theobroma is Greek for “food of the gods.” How right they were when the plant was name. Chocolate is, to me, natures most perfect food. ---

Mmmmmm…I just got done mowing a big ol’ bowl of chocolate ice cream, with copious amounts of chocolate Magic Shell topping. Oh Goddess, I feel sooooo goooooood! Me & my lactose-intolerant self are going to be very, very sorry in the morning, though. Oh well! 😃 ---

Drool…chocolate…drool… What can I say… I do seem to want it more around certain “times of the month” or when I’m under stress…must be that endorphine thing… Oh, yeah, dark chocolate rules. White chocolate is NOT chocolate. Milk chocolate will be tolerated when dark chocolate is not available. ---

I adore chocolate; my son, William, doesn’t. There’s is always a melee on the kitchen floor to see who gets his share of the chocolate.
