Anybody want any? 😃 Just kidding. They’re mine! All _mine_, I tell you! Muwahahahahahahaha! Got some chorizo from the store, added a bunch of red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper, diced and fried a couple of potatoes, mixed it all tagedda, and rolled up 10 burritos in medium-sized flour tortillas. Nothing like a _chorizo con papas_ burrito at five-thirty in the ayem on the drive to the office! 🙂 ---

I prefer mine loose on a plate. That way I don’t have to worry about stray pieces of chorizo or potato landing in my lap while driving. But either way it’s a great way to start the day. Olé! ---

Chorizo should be mixed with scrambled eggs to stabilize and amplify its greasy goodness THEN combined with potatoes in a burrito. You skipped a step :). ---

I’ve never understood why anyone would want to put papas in a burrito–It’s like eating a french fry sandwich. Take out the potatoes, and I’ll be on board, though. ---
