So, Chik-fil-A released some documents that showed that the company gives a lot of money to organizations that are very anti-gay. (Yes it’s a bit of a holy roller company, and I don’t mind that. You have the right to do with your money what you want–and I don’t mind that! I have the right to not eat there, too.) Do you have a cite to the documents that Chick-Fil-A released showing these donations? Not doubting you, but would like to read them myself before getting recreationally outraged. ---

It’s been well-documented in the media that Chick-Fil-A have a strongly anti-gay bias (along with pretty much every other company that closes on Sundays). I chose to take my dollar elsewhere YEARS ago. ---

Sean Hayes (Jack on _Will and Grace_ )was on Letterman the other night and told a story about how he got food poisoning from Chik-fil-A. Coincidence? I think not 😉 I’m mostly joking but a small part of me wonders why he would eat there and if the story is true or not. I assume he didn’t do anything illegal by mentioning their name and maybe he was taking a sly swipe at them(?) ---

I’ve gone in a couple of times, but Chik-fil-A has never managed to insinuate itself into my regular fast food rotation. I think if they ever added a side dish to the menu other than fries that interests me, I would reconsider. I do remember that their milkshakes are among the tastiest that I have ever had from a chain. Very good, indeed. ---

I guess when they named the place Chick-fil-A, rather than Cock-fil-A, they were sending a subtle message. Anyway, I can’t boycott them, since I never ate that crap in the first place. ---

I’d only eaten there once before someone told me about their anti-gay views. I think it’s the only place I actively boycott. ---

I boycotted them for a long while, then eventually gave up the boycott on deciding that it wasn’t really worth it, and they do have some darned good waffle fries. (Plus their chicken and cheese bagel in the morning is _amazing_ amg) But the Chik-Fil-A near me kind of creeps me out. It feels so…[del]Mormon[/del] Stepford. They’re _too_ nice and happy and pleasant. I’m fully aware that I’m projecting, but I always get the feeling that I’m walking into a Happy Christian Family Place and my Jewy single male self stands out like a sore thumb. So that, combined with the anti-gay funding, is making me avoid the place again. ---

They have the best chicken breakfast burritos I’ve ever eaten, fast food wise. And they’re huge too. I knew if their Christian ties, but this is too much. A new boycott target for me. I suppose Cracker Barrel wasn’t filling enough of a need. ---

First off: I’m confused about the song. I can’t figure out the message. Second, that’s the best female voice I’ve heard. Is that really the voice of a guy in drag?
