Well, I had to go look up one particular word in matt\_mcl’s post, and I got a giggle from it, so I figured I’d add it here: From [www.dictionary.com:](http://www.dictionary.com:) choad /chohd/ n. Synonym for `penis' used in alt.tasteless and popularized by the denizens thereof. They say: "We think maybe it's from Middle English but we're all too damned lazy to check the OED." [I'm not. It isn't. --ESR] This term is alleged to have been inherited through 1960s underground comics, and to have been recently sighted in the Beavis and Butthead cartoons. Speakers of the Hindi, Bengali and Gujarati languages have confirmed that `choad’ is in fact an Indian vernacular word equivalent to `fuck’; it is therefore likely to have entered English slang via the British Raj. * * * Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good dipped in chocolate. ---

Well, what better way to celebrate the knocking-off, resurrecting, and ascention into heaven of some guy who died 2000-plus years ago than by taking the instrument of his murder and turning into a delicious confection to be shared with many smiling children? Once I get beyond the beyond the bizarre concept of a sweet, chocolatey crucifixion, I guess the absurdity makes me laugh. I wonder how the folks at my church are taking this. ---

Great Debate? Sure, this one will reach into the outskrits of all alien civilization. Unforunately, I must say I know a few people who would find this offensive. Me, I just want the chocolate!!
