# Christmas Cards for Doper Kids

It’s about that time of year again. **Bookkeeper** has coordinated in the past, and will hopefully do so again this year.
Please post if you want to send cards to Doper kids or have your kids receive cards.

As in previous years, if you want to send cards or receive them post and let me know.
For privacy, I will collect names, ages, and addresses of recipient children by PM, and provide them to the senders also by PM.

My cats will be happy to send your darling dog one. We love the pics you’ve sent us in prior years!
My eldest loves getting cards around this time of year from Dopers all over the world. She got one one year all the way from Finland and was delighted. So you can count us in.

My son loves to receive them. We usually pull out a map and place markers from all the different places. I’m one of the mean ones that don’t send a card. Sending from China is much more difficult.

You can send to all or any of the kids. It’s entirely voluntary, so you could pick a couple of close ones to keep the cost down, or the furthest away, to get the most “exotic sender” bang for your buck.

Both my kids enjoyed receiving cards so count us in. The oldest is into writing cards as well so we are happy to send.

Back in post #5 I mentioned I have no kids but would send. However, I do have a dog and cat. They even have human style names, Nathan and Atilla.

First batch will go in the mail end of the week. No replies/returns needed. My local USPS claims I’m the only reason they show a profit. HAH! What do they know? I get my stamps off eBay! 🙂
