I’m in the process of reading “Lamb - The Gospel According to Biff, Christ’s Chilhood Pal”, and it’s as hilarious as all his other books. It manages to be both reverent and irreverent simultaneously while also painting a very human portrait of Jesus.

I haven’t seen this book mentioned here, and Mr. Moore certainly deserves mention. Highly recommended.

That’s on my list. I got _Island of the Sequined Love Nun_ from Daedalus books (great books really cheap-check 'em out [here](http://salebooks.com)) because it was recommended by Tom Robbins, and I fell in love with him! I just started circulating _Coyote Blue_ among my friends, and we’re all huge fans.

I’m going shopping-how are _Practcal Demonkeeping, The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove, & Bloodsucking Fiends: a Love Story_?

And am I the only one that’s annoyed by the way the cover illustration of Love Nun doesn’t match the description? They must’ve just given the illustrator a little verbal summary and never checked the work. It’s really different from the text.

All three you asked about are excellent. I’ve read all of Moore’s books, and there’s not a clinker amongst them.

Chris is an unadulterated genius, as well as an email buddy of mine. I haven’t read the new one yet, but I know he worked long and hard on it; so I’m not surprised it’s getting raves.

I can’t wait to check it out now. Off to the bookstore.

I liked BSF: ALS better than Practical Demonkeeping - PD’s climax seemed a tad rushed - but both were great books. BSF also had a greater number of laugh-out-loud lines, at least for me.
