You don’t like chunky chicks? Or too skinny chicks? Or too blonde chicks? I’m sure they aren’t crazy about you either, expecially since those types of men are obviously so judgmental and “hipper than thou”. So here’s an idea, don’t LOOK at those girls! Look at the ones you DO want to ogle, and never mind about the ones you don’t. What good is it going to do to complain about X group that you don’t want to ogle? You think they’re all going to go out and fatten up, or skinny up, or brunette up, so that they’re worthy of oglement? (not a real word). My post my “sound” angry, thanks to how harsh words can sometimes look in type. They honestly aren’t. I’m more perplexed and exasperated at why this is such an issue with so many men. Really, sorry for the hijack, but why Is it that such men feel so compelled to comment upon X group of women that are “unogleable” (also not a real word :D) to them? Do they think it will create a greater supply of the women they DO want to ogle or something? I don’t get it. ---

The OP seemed to be talking about American girls. Everything I’ve read by **nonpolar** seems to indicate he’s a non-native English speaker currently living in America. Nintey-percent or more of the posters here are American. Of all people, I’m surprised to hear I’m being accused of being Americentric. There are some threads in ATMB (from back in April?, when the board went to pay) that can give you a more accurate number of paid up members than my memory, but my memory says there are about 3500. The 47,000 is a count of everyone who’s ever registered. ---

How long took some of you geniuses to figure out that I’m an foreigner? My grammar is so bad that each time I write something I get headache from figuring out where to put “a” “the” “an” and all that stuff. :smack: ---

OT: I can’t believe that’s Weird Al. He’s not only more clever than that, he’s also a better rhymer, and his work tends to be more good-natured satire, not a piece of thinly-veilled bigotry. Y’know, _Baby Got Back_ may not be _Shall I Compare Thee to a Summer’s Day?_, but Sir Mix-a-lot didn’t focus the majority of his rhyme on insulting thin, white women. The song gets its charm by extolling the delights of a group of women that is often denigrated and ignored (especially at the time it was written), not solely by talking smack about others. :wally to whoever wrote that – and a lesser :wally (but a :wally nonetheless) to **stockton** for posting it. IMHO of course. ---
