**elucidator** , that’s pretty much a stomp, in my book. Whether he stomped her head or not might be subject to debate, but it’s a stomp nonetheless. ---

Well, this is too minor a point to argue, but when did that ever stop me? To me, a “stomp” is like a kick, but with a downward motion, it requires the kinetic energy of raising the foot and bringing it down with force. What he’s doing, I dunno, don’t have the word for it, but he pressed his foot onto her and pressed downward without raising his foot to get that extra kinetic juice. Oh, wait! I can agree on this point, and cop some of that Poster Who Admits When He’s Wrong cred! Hmmmm. Nah. ---

Not so sure now, looking again, I can’t tell if he raises his foot for a stomp or whether his foot is resting on her shoulder. Fuck it, call it a stomp. Close enough. ---

I believe I read somewhere Daily Beast maybe, that he was only getting pulled in on a misdemeanor: 4th degree assault. Can’t see the videos as I’m at the office, but I believe one of the other guys grabbed her tit, and that there are bloggers outing him also, to see if he can get sexual assault for grabbing.
