Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur is a GREAT!! smoke and cost is not to bad.
La Gloria Cubana makes some nice cigars.
If you want a very nice inexpensive cigar, I highly recommend Calixto Lopez. Here in Canada, they’re $5 or so, When Ashtons and the like are $15-$20. And they are just as good a smoke as the more expensive non-Cuban cigars.
