To be fair, she was a USC cheerleader. That’s not something you can really recover from. ---

McCain will be forced to go farther left than Obama would dare to do, just to get _anything_ done. If McCain loses, then a _smart_ GOP will quietly retool, while Obama “runs the country into the ground.”. Then retake Congress during the mid-term elections, followed by the White House in 2012. We’ll see if that happens, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. ---

It may be just me but… I was looking at the pics of Cindy McCain in some of the linked articles and she reminded me of someone, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Then I realized. Bree from Desperate Housewives! Is it just me? ---
