If you’re just looking for a list, go to Wikipedia, type in the state name and go to disambiguation. Delaware, e.g., pulls up seven examples. Delaware, Indiana Delaware, Iowa Delaware, Kentucky Delaware, Michigan Delaware, New York Delaware, Ohio Delaware, Oklahoma Eight if Delaware Water Gap, PA is included. Are you allowing York, Hampshire, Mexico, and Jersey as answers? What about Dakota and Carolina and Rhode? And how could you leave off New York, NY? ---

I’m not sure if a population of 4200 counts as a “city”, but there is California, MO. ---

There used to be an Ohio City, Ohio, but it was subsumed into Cleveland long ago, and is now just a neighborhood (albeit a neighborhood with a bit stronger identity than most neighborhoods in the city). ---
