Part of me suspects Trump would like a few hours in a cell. Not too many, of course, but enough that he could yammer on about being arrested and persecuted. Over in MAGA land there are many who really, truly believe this is political oppression. ---

the plan for today (so far) is last witness for team carroll, then some video (trump deposition), and rest. team trump has one witness, trump, if he goes. then summations and over to the jury. ---

Yes, which is why he always says he is going to testify and then backs out. Then blames the court and the system for not letting him tell his side of the story. ---

Martin is done and they are breaking for lunch. Per CNN, the testimony seemed mostly to go over old ground and wasn’t really contentious. It’s still not clear if Trump will testify. ---
