No idea what bankruptcy/judgment against him does. But if it comes out during proceedings that he did this and he didn’t declare the value of the rooms/car usage, the IRS would have a pretty slum-dunk case against him. ---

Isn’t today the final day for appeal? Here’s what i was amusing myself with during a sleepless night last night… EJC gets Mar a Lago: Palm Beach County tax appraiser’s valuations, which ranged from $18 million to $37 million. For the rest of the value, Ms Carroll agrees to waive it in favour of a stipulated charity event with the following format: A Taylor Swift charity experience hosted at the club, - 200 guests - Auctioned online - Proceeds split between a “rape survivors support” charity and family planning/abortion support - Each participant gets a personalised letter signed by Trump Version A I am pleased to support this rape support charity in recognition of what I did to Ms Carroll (exact wording is a quote of the original judgement) Version B I am happy to support family planning and needed abortions etc etc etc Terms of the ticket purchase include Should Mr. Trump repudiate or deny any of these claims the full ticket price is refundable, including interest compounding at 2% per month starting from the purchase date of the ticket. ---

Barring other delay tactics (personal bankruptcy among them), Trump should have 30 days from the judgement - which makes it **Monday, March 10** After that date, Carroll’s lawyers can start the process of collecting via whatever means they can legally use. ---

No way Carroll should have to even waste time in court for what seems to be obvious malfeasance in the first place but that’s not how the legal system works. It’s careful and precise for a reason. ---
