So apparently, if you lose at the Supreme Court you can just go back and… ask again? I didn’t know the Supreme Court offered this. It sounds fantastic for those who can afford it. Don’t like the result? Just keep trying until they change it for you! However, E. Jean Carroll’s lawyers have made it explicit that she _does not consent_ to this and that they hope (as in have filed a motion) that the court will step on the gas and get her that money sooner rather than later. The five million that has been held in trust since the original victory has accrued $779,783 in interest. > **[Lawyer for E.
