I dunno. What percentage of Baghdad residents are more afraid of being bombed than being punished by Saddam?

I heard a report on NPR out of Baghdad that the men were told to stay at home. If they were not at home their house would be torn down. This was before the war started and I have not heard it anywhere since. However, when the media mentions how there aren’t nearly as many refugees as in the Gulf War, I wonder…
