Claims of Sex in the Jewish Temple

It’s not so much a matter of being fooled as the idea that Mr. Brown claims that he didn’t make the idea up out of his own imagination, i.e. he was able to find some information that he decided to put in his book. Although, IMO, most of his factoids like that in the book sound like they were gleaned from a forwarded email, and then manipulated and reinterpreted in order to support his main hypothesis (which is supposedly known by every serious Grail historian, despite their claims to the contrary).

Be that as it may (and there are Talmudic passages that downplay the degree to which Solomon was genuinely responsible for this), that involves other-religious worship in the LAND of Israel…not adding the practices of other religions to Judaism itself or to the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem.
