# Class action settlement notice information

Hi all,  
I received a class action settlement notice that included a website, [www.texaserbillingclassactionsettlement.com](http://www.texaserbillingclassactionsettlement.com) , and a Website Access Code, but am not sure if it is legitimate. Does anyone have information about this notice? Thanks.

Looks to be legitimate as far as I can tell. If you were treated in an emergency room in recent years, that’s probably what it’s about.
