I don’t think Jaws is a horror movie, but I suppose I can see why others might disagree. I just didn’t think it was that scary. (Then again, I’ve never seen it on the big screen, and I don’t spend a lot of time at the beach.) I would classify it as a thriller/suspense movie where the villain is an animal.
Jaws is the best horror movie of all time. it was a grabber. Girl I went to see it with was sinking her claws in my arm. People quit swimming in the ocean. The music was perfect for building suspense.
