Not classic rock, but for some reason, the one I crank when it comes on the iPod is [“Beach State Rocking”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oJh0vncZpg) by Game Theory. Also, “Thunder Road” by Springsteen (and yes, “Born to Run”). And, because I like the bombastic, pretty much any Jim Steinman song, especially as done by Meatloaf. ---

At that moment the radio started belting out “nana nah nah nah nah nanahh nana.” I cranked it up. It still makes me feel good just thinking about it 🆒 Really good. Almost high. ---

I will add “Carry On”, “Wooden Ships”, and “Woodstock” - in fact, most of Crosby, Stills and Nash. Their harmonies, which I heard at an early age, are imprinted on my mind forever as voices of angels. Add “59th Street Bridge Song” and “Cecilia” by Simon and Garfunkle. - most of S& G! Heaven. (can’t help but wonder if I’m sounding like Mom about Frank Sinatra or grandma about The Big Bands sound.) ---

How could I have forgotten **The Doors**? _Light My Fire Moonlight Drive Roadhouse Blues Riders On The Storm_ Personally, I did not care for Morrison’s persona, but shit, the\*\* Doors \*\*were the soundtrack to the late 60s, early seventies. Edit to add: I’m listening (at full volume) to a cassette mix tape of the Doors that I recorded back in the early 90s. ---
